RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. Please read this Return Policy carefully before submitting a return request. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

This Return Policy applies ONLY to voluntary returns made AFTER the statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal has expired, or to customers not entitled to a statutory Right of Withdrawal.

For customers within the European Union, the statutory Right of Withdrawal applies and is governed exclusively by our Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsrecht).
This Return Policy does not replace, limit, or override statutory consumer rights where they apply.


VOLUNTARY RETURNS

Returns are accepted only in eligible cases and must be authorized in advance.

All approved return requests must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused without refund.


RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

All return requests require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

Once approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • The return address

  • RMA confirmation

Returned items must be securely packaged and include proof of purchase.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for return shipments lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.


REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Customers will be notified by email once the return has been processed.


RESTOCKING FEES

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to approved returns to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.

Restocking fees do not apply to items confirmed as defective or incorrectly shipped.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Final sale items

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide photo or video evidence for review.

Product must be returned in original condition.


ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to approval

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion

  • Excessive returns, abuse, or policy violations may result in refusal

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website
